Great place to waste momey and employment. The prices for anything here cost more then anywhere else, even after my 30% employee discount. The management is incredibly awful. I gave my manager 2.5 months notice for a family member's wedding and they told me to find coverage or I can't go. We had a person leave or get fired once a month. There was no way I could get covered. I was there 6 months and was the 7th to leave. Glad I left, after I was made to feel bad on my last day. For having to leave early to put my dog of 9 years down. My manager screamed at one of my coworkers so loud that it could be heard over the very loud music. All because she didn't like he took a less then 2 minute breather when it was dead. She then proceeded to make him feel bad because corporate FINALLY wrote her up. However she talked like an adult to the female employees. The managers let you get away with whatever as long as you are female. We had a coworker who would stand around and do nothing. When asked to do something she would groan like a teenager, or throw an attitude, or be rude to you and customers (usually all three). She had never had a screaming talk, never had her tips docked, etc. Yet the manager docked a coworkers tips for taking "too many bathroom breaks" because he's male. She confessed to me that she was planning to get rid of two of my coworkers. After telling me how horrible of a job I am doing of course. Our corporate office helped her scream at me once. This HR person sat down in a room with me and her and said "Tell us how we can help you be a better employee" but would interrupt me telling my side and let the manager scream at me to tell me "You are the reason I hate being a manager. You are the reason I dread coming here." I was always to blame for any problem. No sense of accountability among managers. My coworkers wouldn't tell me when they had a problem but report it straight to a manager. I have worked in kitchens almost 7 years and management here was worse. The junior high behavior was almost on par. Keep buying weed there, by all means. Just save yourself the headache and apply anywhere else.
