Staffing With Love is a small non-profit special needs staffing company based in Jones County, IA. Our mission is to connect passionate caregivers with adults with special needs, helping them overcome daily challenges. Founded in 2023 by Barbara, who drew inspiration from managing her nephew Billy's care staff, we offer a different level of service. We prioritize individual goals and dreams, building a network of live-in caregivers who understand, respect, and guide clients through life. As a non-profit agency, we believe in staying small to facilitate personalized care and tailored approaches for each individual.
