I have found this business to be exceptional both in product and people. Ordering the Mariners totem with the Moose on top was a great experience. I had a question about shipping and accidentally called the store and the guy who answered was great. He mentioned he had shipped the Moose Mariners totem himself and I was so grateful he told me to keep it inside. I had originally thought it was outside and mentioned it. He then suggested a tavern sign the store got in. I called back and mentioned to him while I didn’t buy the metal one. I fell in love with the wood tavern sign. I am so excited to get it! I am so happy I found the website and extra greatful and appreciative of the guy there who always answers the phone when I call even though I order on the web being in WA state and all.
