I ordered 3 items. I got a message saying 1 item was delivered. I didn't get it. I contacted them about it but they were no help at all. I asked them to cancel the rest of my order and refund my money. Since then I've heard nothing from them. It seems like a complete ripoff.

I placed an order 5/22/22 and was finally notified on 6/7/22 that my order was canceled due to low stock. This order was supposed to be for a graduation party that is happening in less than one week. Very unacceptable response time and communication.

I bought a UT logo sign. The color was way off - mauve and pink instead of burnt orange and white. I emailed Sports Fanz, asking to return it. No response. There is no phone number provided either. Lousy service, as now I am stuck with a sign I paid $50 for that will go in the trash.

Ordered on the 5/13/22. Still no shipping info. The email doesn't work, can't send. Going to get with my credit card to get my refund. Don't buy from this rip off company!!!

I ordered a steering wheel cover never received my order try to email them never got back with me lost my money

After one month without my product and no responce from my emails I called the store. The man I talked to gave me the run around about in store vs on line store and then I basically called them thieves and hung up. Within ten minutes I got a email that said my product had shipped. I did receive what I ordered but now I feel lucky that Zimmer did.

I tried reaching out multiple times about returning one of my items and never heard back. I called the number listed on the business card, no option to leave a voicemail. I also emailed and never heard back.
