I brought my dog in because she was having respiratory issues. After X-rays I was told that my dog had a pneumonia or possibly but unlikely, heart complications. I ended up paying nearly $700 for my visit which is not my issue. After the antibiotics/medications were gone after the 7 days that were prescribed my dog was still sick. So, I called Sendero because I had some questions for the Doctor (keep in mind that they sent me a text message saying to call them if I had any questions). Long story short I called them multiple times/multiple days and was told that I would be given a call back which never came meanwhile my dog is still sick. Don't worry Sendero I won't be burdening you guys anymore. I'm sure that you will find time to respond to my review but you couldn't give me the courtesy of a call back. I just wish you would have cared for my dogs health as much as you care about your reviews.
This is the BEST animal hospital in Orange County. The staff can help explain any medication that I may need. The care with the end of life with my past dog was incredible. They have been just as caring with my new puppies.
