Rich Haberle of Security Plumbing exceeded my expectations in every way. He was on time for the appointment and he understood the issues I needed fixed: new toilet, reconnect pipes to existing sink, new toilet seat for another stool, and new parts for the tank. With my approval he took action quickly, and finished the job in a few hours. He cleaned up everything and left everything in order. He had to get down into a very tight, stinky crawl space to turn the water off and he was very physically fit to do that. I recommend Rich Haberle and Security Plumbing for a job well done. I would use the company again in an instant.

We had a water heater go out on Monday night that flooded our basement. I called Security and they got Rich and Rafael out the next day (Tuesday) to install a new water heater. When I called, I told them that I wanted a 50 gallon water heater which they brought. When they got there, the discovered that the 50 gallon water heater was to wide to fit in the space. They called the shop and Michael, the owner, personally delivered a 40 gallon water heater. Long story short, we had hot water less than 24 hours after our water heater broke and started leaking. Thanks Security and Rich, Rafael and Michael!!!

Plumbline installed a tank less water heater along with sewer line, air conditioner, and furnace 5 years ago. The tank less water needed repair. The eternal model company went bankrupt and there are no parts. Plumbline would install a new tank less water heater for $5,000 with no discount. MY son told me to contact SECURITY PLUMBING. I had been without water for over 10 days. Dale came right over and gave me an estimate of 20% less, and returned in 2 days to install a new Rinnai. Instead of taking the 4-6 hours that Plumbline quoted me, Dale replaced the heater in less than 2 hours. The condenser could have been used, but Dale gave me a new one so it would not have to be replace in a few year. Dale was on time, performed quality work, and answered all my questions. IT IS THE BEST COMPANY I HAVE EVER WORKED WITH. I have owned my home for over 40 years and would recommend them highly for any plumbing needs.
