Fraud and thief took over 10K of our families money for an outdoor kitchen. He did less than half of the work and took off with our money. It's been over 1 year since we hired him. Does not answer phone calls. Stay far away from this company and read other website reviews. Robert Thompson is a thief and has stolen tens of thousands of dollars from many families in San Antonio and beyond.
My husband and I hired San Antonio Outdoor Living to give us the oasis surrounding our pool in the backyard, fill pre-built planters, and come up with a Xeriscape design for the front yard for our newly built custom built home. It was a huge project including cutting down trees, installing Zoysia grass.
We loved that the company provided a colorful 3D design envisioning every aspect of what we had in mind. I loved that we could go to the nursery and pick out our own trees/plants too!
We requested a (1) year warranty on all work completed and Robert happily obliged.
Although warranty work took way, way longer than expected, Robert and his team honored his contract and I can say that I couldn’t be more pleased.
