I like the convenience of this health drink. I love no blender is required. I like that no fillers, sugars, etc are added. It doesn't taste bad and I imagine you could add it to a blended smoothie treat if you wanted. It is great for a quick on the go pick me up! It is good for storage long term, no need for refrigeration. I'm still not sure on cost effectiveness, although I know a lot of processes go into effect to create this convenient & healthy supplement.

A bit pricey and I wasn't overly excited about the taste and how it mixed so I put it in a blender with some blueberries and cream and then I liked it better. Definitely healthy!
