Came right out and was willing to do whatever it took to get the garage door back on track from falling on the back end of the car due to the garage manual cord being closed in the back door of the car. Car in reverse took the door down to my dismay. Cord shortened up so never to happen again. Major learning experience!

Robert from RTS did some work for a friend of mine. I was impressed with him then, so when I needed work done I called RTS. They called when on the way and were on time. Offered to repair broken garage door, but I wanted it replaced with an insulated hurricane rated door. They ordered the door which took 2 weeks to arrive. Once again, called when enroute, on time, and installed the door in a timely manner. Door opener would not set limits for opening so had to order a new circuit board. Robert came back out a few days later and installed the new board and progeammed the open and close limits and reprogrammed my opener remote control. He only charged for the part, no labor. I was very pleased with the work and would highly recommend RTS to anyone looking for experienced, honest, and reliable work.

Wish I had known about these guys before trying to fix it myself. They weren’t here five minutes and told me what was wrong and how to fix it, not only that they found something else that was wrong and fixed that. All that being said I’m very satisfied with this company.

Bobby service our garage door on 5/11/18 and did an excellent job. He took time to explain the problems with our door and what was causing it to stop midway up.
