RTS All American Garage Doors

I sent a text and received a reply fro Robert that we should talk over the phone. When we spoke, Robert diagnosed the problem exactly and the cure was simple. RTS rates are comparable to other like companies, but RTS excels in customer service! I will only deal with RTS and Robert from now on.

We (Adrian and Cheryl Russell) entered into a contract with RTS All American Garage Doors on June 26, 2023. We then paid Robert Turley of RTS All American Garage Doors $3,590.00 in advance via credit card as a deposit. There was no communication for months despite repeated attempts to call and text by both Adrian and Cheryl for an update on the project. Detail can be provided on call, email and text records of multiple attempts by both Adrian and Cheryl to the business and cell phone provided over many days, weeks and months with no response provided. On Sept 19th we tried to find the office (using the internet to find a physical location) only to find a PO Box, an abandoned building address and then finally locating the physical office that was closed. After going to the physical location, Joann called (on Sept 19th) providing us with an install date for October 5, 2023. On October 5, 2023, when no one showed up for the scheduled installation or called with an explanation, we called the phone numbers we had again. Joann Canales finally called back and indicated that Robert was out sick, and she assured us that she would call the next morning (Oct 6, 2023) with a new installation date. This did not happen. After many subsequent attempts to contact Robert Turley and Joann Canales again by calls and text no one has contacted us to this date, and no work has been completed. We are demanding a refund on our initial deposit of $3,590.00 since we have not received any services from Robert Turley or Joann Canales of RTS All American Garage Doors.

Have been trying to get in contact with Robert (the owner of this company) for over a month. I bought a product from him, and he promised it was in good shape, and had no issues. He lied, and now keeps stringing me on, and avoiding my calls, and texts. I’ve been patient for over a month, and have not gotten any help from him. His receptionist keeps telling me she will reach out to him, and still have yet to get a phone call.

The belt for one of our LiftMaster units failed. It wasn't a repair I wanted to tackle myself. We've used RTS before so we called them for this project. Robert arrived as scheduled. He was prepared, friendly and completed the work quickly. He is a professional technician who I am very happy to recommend.

Experience was good. We will ask them to come back again when another service is due.
