We purchased a NUVO water filter system from Robbins Plumbing a while back and have been enjoying the lack of calcium build up in the showers and more. Unfortunately the unit experienced a malfunction and was leaking in the garage. Fortunately Brian had installed a cutoff so we only lost the beer refrigerator before my daughter cut the supply. Of course I was out of town at the time. We had a bypass installed and after NUVO replaced the part, Stephanie supplied the labor to replace it at no charge.

Chris was awesome. He showed us the shower problems each step of the way. He provided solutions for each problem. He also researched for the part that was needed, at the best possible price. Add a military discount and you have a very satisfied customer. The end result is a very attractive shower. Showroom ready. Excellent work from a very professional company.

Ryan and his crew were communicative, prompt and professional during our appt. I especially appreciated that he took the time to look at the install directions provided by the manufacturer, before he discussed his install ideas. He also listened to my ideas and concerns regarding the install of a floor drain and stand alone tub and faucet. Although, I did not use Robin Plbg this time, because our schedules conflicted - it is my intention to contact them for future plumbing needs. I have also shared my experience with our tight community, hope you'll have some new biz coming your way soon. Thank you!
