Rick and Patty were great people do work with. We used them to buy and sell a house. we bought a house 20k under appraisal at the height of the 2018 market and sold our house for 25k above listing price during a pandemic. Rick and his team were very professional during all aspects of the transactions. I would reccomend to anyone.
