ReVamp Nails And Waxing

I don't usually write reviews, but this experience was unacceptable. During an eyebrow waxing appointment, the technician not only removed the hair but also peeled off some of my skin. This caused a burning sensation and discoloration on the skin beneath my eyebrows. When I informed her and another employee that my skin was burning and hurt badly, the lady who did my eyebrows commented multiple times that my skin was "thin". I have been getting my eyebrows waxed elsewhere for years and this injury has NEVER happened to me before until I came to this nail salon to get them waxed. In sum, no accountability was ever taken, and I never received an apology, only a few dollars taken off my total amount when the waxing service should have been free after that experience. Not to mention, the "tint" I got on my eyebrows didn't even last a day. If I could rate this place 0 stars, I would.

First of all, it took two hours to have my services done and two people were working on me at the same time. The woman that did my nails cut my cuticles so short that 4 of my fingers started bleeding. She kept apologizing but it was uncomfortable. I was told ahead of time that the service would be $50. When I went to checkout it was $70. The guy at the front said I had an “upgraded pedicure” I was never asked if I wanted an upgrade. The only thing I could think of is that the owner walked past my chair very quickly asking if I wanted lavender salt and I said sure, but she didn’t say it was a $20 upcharge, or explain that it was part of another package. Super frustrated. He changed the price and charged me $55 instead of $50. I won’t be going back. Absolutely ridiculous and my nails are still bleeding.
