Amarillo's Best Dog Trainer, Joseph “JJ” Siebrasse founded Proven Dog Training LLC in Clayton, New Mexico, after completing training at the US K9 Academy and Police Dog Training Center in Miami Florida. JJ is a veteran, and former corrections officer. Since he was a small child, JJ has had a love for dogs and now shares his passion and vision with others to help them have better relationships with their canine friends. JJ Had the honor of being a helper in the Army for many MWD. Though he was not a handler in the military, the knowledge passed on to him was priceless. JJ was a Certified Officer by the State of New Mexico to which he worked corrections as well as a Sworn Special Deputy in Union County NM.
Sammie had our new Boykin Spaniel for 2 weeks train and board and did a great job with her. Sammie is very passionate about what she does an my dog just loved her!!! Sammie did a great job of letting us know how the training was going while Maggie was there, but more importantly gave us a great tutorial on what to expect when we got home and how to continue the training. We definitely feel comfortable leaving Maggie for boarding when we go out of town also
The best.JJ is dedicated to obtain the best outcome for the dog. He has worked miracles with my 5 year old Pitt. My dog had significant behavioral issues and is so much better now. His future had become very uncertain but now he can be the dog and companion is meant t to be
I entered my pitbull terrier (Pedro) into JJ’s 3 week on-boarding training program for his insecurities/lack of impulse control and he ended up staying for about 4 weeks. When I got Pedro back his behavior was drastically better! Car rides are less traumatic, walks are manageable, and I can open the door without him lunging at the person knocking. He still has some impulse to work on, but it is nothing like when he first started. Very kind and very dedicated crew! Would recommend wholeheartedly!
JJ is a phenomenal trainer! He has helped me out a ton with my dog and with advice in general when it comes to training! Love working with this guy. I highly recommend Proven Dog Training for anyone in the Amarillo area looking for pet training or police k9 training. There is legitimately no better choice Texas!
