DO NOT do business with this Prosource franchise. The owners are in Orlando and their son Joshua now runs the show. He is NOT trustworthy or respectful. I have been in the building business for over 40 years and have never seen the deterioration of a business like this one. We had to return tile and wood flooring numerous times due to product defects. Of course, they blamed others. Numerous orders had quantity deficiencies or the wrong product all together. Of course, they blamed others and Covid! What? Returning bad product is difficult at best and they want you to pay shipping and restocking fees regardless of who made the mistake because they carry virtually no inventory. Sofia did a great job showing us options , matching choices with the granite we had picked out for our 2 bathrooms. She is highly professional and very personable and Immediately put us at ease and excited to begin the project. Codi was also great . She got us settled in when we arrived and kept us informed of delivery information. ProSource has a wide variety of options for any project you may have. A very impressive showroom. We would highly recommend making them your vendor.

ProSource has a huge variety of flooring to select from, in all price ranges. Sophia was very helpful and patient with us as we selected the best flooring tile for our 1400 sq ft rennovation. We had to order more tile and she was very prompt with making it happen over the Thanksgiving holiday. We'll be back to do our master bath in the next year!!
