Joshua Perkins at the Newport News branch could not have been more helpful and courteous. He gave great advice, knew the stock well and went out of his way to find what I wanted. He replied really quickly to emails. A delight to work with!

I have worked with ProSource in Chesapeake VA three times. My salesman Gary Fearer was great to work with and was able to help me find exactly what I was looking for. I have plans to go back again in the spring for another project. They have a great showroom with everything you could imagine for any job. I would check with them before going anywhere else.

Had a wonderful buying experience at our local Pro Source!!! Mary was extremely helpful, very patient and knew exactly what I needed and how to help me! She took my sense of urgency seriously and went over and above to ensure every possible step was taken to get my carpet here from GA as quickly as possible. She was fast, efficient and my carpet arrived two days early!! I highly recommend Pro Source - way better service and comparable prices to Lowe's.

The staff ar ProSource were very helpful. They answered our questions, and offered helpful information. Their selection and quality of products was excellent. They returned our phone calls quickly and were consistently pleasant to work with.
