First time we used ProSource I told everyone how amazing the whole experience was replacing al our flooring in home. This time remodeling our bathroom, we were quoted a certain price and then told it wasn't enough money paid for product so we had to had to pay before installation would occur to stay on timeline schedule. Then, order faucets for sinks, just to find out they don't come with stoppers. Called ProSource Friday at 9:50am and was told they had to look into it. Contractor had to go to 3 different places to find correct stoppers. got an email, not a phone call Monday morning to let me know faucets don't come with stoppers and it would be 3 weeks to get them. Hmm

I’ve found both Rob and Simone to be very professional, knowledgeable and helpful in all of my dealings with them. I came in to purchase luxury vinyl flooring and Rob was so patient and informative as I picked out the right flooring for me. It’s been a pleasure doing business with them! The flooring is beautiful and exactly what I wanted and the installer, John Semler did an exceptional job installing it! I’m a very happy customer and would highly recommend them again!

Christine was quick, efficient, and communicative. Long story short I had a shortage of a recently discontinued tile and she helped me find it and got it to my job site in 3 business days.

I ordered wood from another vendor and it was damaged. Symone at ProSource was recommended to me. She got me in for an appointment quickly and helped me to choose a flooring that was not only beautiful, but that could be ordered and delivered quickly. I’ll definitely go to her for any flooring needs that I have in the future!

Although I really liked the product, I was sold 14 boxes more than I needed for the square footage provided. I had two different installers do the measurements. I explained to Trina KIng the room was a large rectangle, needing few cuts, but this was not factored in the amount I was sold. Of course, they wouldn't take back the unopened boxes. In hindsight, I should have decided the number of boxes to buy instead of letting her order for me. I trusted her. I shouldn't have. The measurements were correct - they should know how much to sell to their customers. 14 BOXES TOO MANY is outrageous. I will never trust them with another project. Beware....
