I have been with Priority 1 Computer Services since November, 2014. They have always been professional and excellent at fixing my computer problems. They go above and beyond what other computer service companies I have dealt with do. A very personable and tireless staff that maintains contact with their customers to confirm your computer is running smoothly and correct. Priority 1 does not take an entire day to fix errors. They do it promptly and as quickly as possible. If you want your computer maintained by a reliable source opt for Priority 1 Computer Services. You will be delighted with them and your decision to use Priority 1 Computer Services. I know I am !!

I have been taken for thousands of dollars trying different companies that were just shams and caused me nothing but heartache. BUT I am happy to say I have finally found the PERFECT company for tech support. It is such a pleasure to do business with Priority 1 Computer Services. This company has the most friendly and knowledgeable techs and it is ALWAYS such a pleasure doing business with them. The cost is so worth it - by far!!! They have saved me from many problems that I run into with my old computer. They keep it running and saved me from buying a new one for a year or two at least! Priority 1 Computer Services is the very BEST. I would recommend this company and these people to any one.

Each time I have called them, they have cleared up my problems (the ones they can). What I really thought was great, they helped me pick out a new computer, one that will be much faster than my old one. It is nice to know they are there when you need them.

In the 14 years as a customer I have experience the level of Computer Repair Service like none other. As a Small Business owner my computer is my life. I have experienced both online and onsite service and they always deliver the same level of excellent service every time. They are honest and focus on your satisfaction more than how much more they can make from fixing your computer. Excellent, Excellent service no where in the industry can you find a company like this
