DO NOT GO HERE OR YOUR DOG WILL BE INJURED!!!
This is literally the worst groomer I’ve ever been to. I have owned Australian shepherds for 25 years and never have I had such an inexperienced groomer handle my dog before. My dog is 14 years old and they had her in the salon for 8 hours. When I called to check, they said my groomer was running late because of another dog. When my groomer did finally call, she called to tell me she had shaved my Aussie almost down to the skin because of her tangled hair. Had she called me BEFORE she butchered my dog’s coat, I would have said NOT to shave her and I’d come pick her up. But unfortunately for my dog, she had already sheered her. It was still the middle of winter with snow on the ground and freezing temperatures and my poor 14 year old Aussie now had ZERO fur on her body. Beyond that, TWO of her paws were profusely bleeding within hours of being home. We put her outside to go potty and when I checked on her, there were hundreds of spots of blood from where she wad been walking around. When the owner’s husband eventually called me - two weeks later - he was the most confrontational, rude and arrogant person I’ve ever dealt with in the service industry. He refused to offer any reimbursement and continually told me that I was lying about my experience. DO NOT GO HERE!!! They are literally the worst groomers I’ve ever encountered!
