I went ti the ER with severe pain in my arm over the weekend. They determined it was not a heart attack but probably a pinched nerve. I called on Monday to get help and was given an appointment on Tues am which was good but was left to cope with real pain on my own all day today. It felt callous and bureaucratic. So much for focused care.
