Attached please find the Order of Dismissal executed by the Court in this case. As you will recall, the Order awards $1500 in attorneys’ fees to Mint Dentistry, along with dismissing the case with prejudice. However, Mint Dentistry would agree to waive the collection of attorneys’ fees from you in exchange for a release of all claims and a non-disparagement agreement which would include you taking down all negative reviews posted online (in your name and in the name of Gay Campbell or any other name) and an agreement not to post any further negative comments. Please let me know your thoughts.

I am saying NO to your offer to waive the court ordered Attorney Fee- in exchange for a signed agreement:
NOT to post negative comments.
The Judge confirmed her hands were tied by the law, the Order was not based on the merit of the case. People researching the massive Dental Market for a Dentist Need an ADVOCATE! When their case becomes complicated the patient is NOT a priority- as ADVERTISED by MINT on all platforms of Social Media. Facts and documents from (me)a Former Patient... MINT will not stand by their word and do the right thing.
Each prospective patient needs to STOP, RESEARCH, REVIEW ....No protection under Texas Laws-
I CAN BE THAT VOICE!

All I ever wanted was for MINT to follow the consultation advice from their own referrals-and correct the Dental problem. Counsel NOT Medical made that decision.
