New resident. The apartment I applied for and was advertised was not even close to the apartment I was given. I went through the entire rental application process over weeks with them only for them to show me something completely different and smaller the DAY I’m moving in. And of course this was all they had available so I don’t understand why they are advertising floor plans that are not available. I’m not even in the same building I selected. They just blamed their website when I told them. Now I have completely moved away from my old place and don’t have anywhere else to live. Not to mention my move in date was pushed back twice because the apartment wasn’t ready and there are still several things I have to report to maintenance within 24 hours of being here.Definitely a scam. I’m on my first day and I highly recommend looking somewhere else. This is by far the absolute worst rental property I have ever dealt with. This is a complete headache and they are scamming for residents.will be taking legal action.
