Guillermo picked us up when we arrived in Miami and took us back to the airport on the day of our departure. I can’t say enough how wonderful he was! He was prompt, respectful, friendly, and professional! Would highly recommend this service!

After a terrible day with air lines and panicked travel plans, Guillermo greeted us at the baggage claim to pick us up. He was very professional and kind the entire time. He picked us up from fort lauderdale and took us all the way to key west and was very knowledgeable on areas we passed through letting us know about each area even though it was dark. He gave us helpful hints for our trip and had no problem stopping for us starved people and then a bathroom break. Top of the line service and would highly recommend to any one who has the chance to use their services. Also very well kept vehicles.

The service was as described, on time with an excellent vehicle. And our driver, Guillermo Gra, was so professional and friendly, it made both the beginning and ending of our trip great! There's nothing that beats your driver taking just a bit of time to get to know you and make some recommendations, added value that's hard to put a price on.
