They made an incorrect report for my car, they lied to me and told me the report they made was how it should be. I have proof it’s not. (I have my original tag) They reproduced a door data tag incorrectly and would not fix it or return my calls. After many months go by I left a negative review. Completely warranted. That instantly got the attention of the owner who left me a nasty voicemail (saved) I find it odd that he could not find my phone number in the many months prior to my neg feedback. He blamed me for not following the company’s policies when all I did was place an order online. Still waiting on a refund. I place no value in having one of these reports for any car and think it should be illegal for them to reproduce any tag containing a cars vin number incorrectly. This type of behavior is a detriment to the Ford collector car hobby.
