My goal is to have a 6 pack by my 30th birthday and I am well on my way. Machine Fitness has made me more aware of simple tasks like engaging my core when I am doing every day things and when I'm working out. It has been a challenge to stay focused, but when I see my results I can't help but be more driven! Thats why I am never leaving Machine Fitness because the specialized attention and dedication I receive makes me want to keep going, especially when it gets hard.
