A resident of the Park Cities, Lynne Lowder is proud to call Dallas home. Lynne moved to Dallas from Springfield, Illinois in 2014 and has always been an active connector of people. She is the founder of Singleinthebubble and hosts singles networking events for those residing in University Park, Highland Park, and Preston Hollow.
Lynne holds a degree in business from Illinois State University and has held real estate licenses in Illinois, Missouri and Minnesota. She has worked for Trammell Crow and United Properties as a commercial property manager.
She also co-owned and operated beauty-related businesses for ten years. These businesses included ten hair salon/day spas, one cosmetology school and a healthy and active lifestyle hair and makeup product line, employing more than 400 people. Through these experiences, Lynne has learned how to produce successful marketing campaigns as well as a highly-satisfied staff, exemplified in her company’s 2011 “Best Places to Work” award.
Lynne has an entrepreneurial spirit and is passionate about her niche real estate business, which is working with singles, empty nesters and those going through divorce. For those going through divorce, she is an unbiased resource and helps both spouses transition to new homes. Further, she connects them with others in a similar place in life, which helps make the transition better.
Lynne is a proud mother of three children that attend Highland Park schools. She enjoys running, cycling and attending her children’s sporting events. She and her children regularly volunteer with Dallas chapter of Coupla Guys and Gals Give Back as well as Feed the City.
