If I could leave no stars I would. This was my second time here and definitely my last. I shouldn’t have gave it another chance from the jump. My first service was a pedicure and I left with the shortest, uneven clumpy gel pedi. So, so bad. Today I came in for a dip mani. I wasn’t even greeted when I came in. Some lady just asked me to take a seat at some station and sat down on her phone. Never gave me colors to look at and didn’t even get the tech that was supposed to work on me hands. The poor guy next to me who was actually in the middle of taking care of his customer yelled twice for my tech and then finally had to get up to get her. Keep in mind there was maybe three customers in there. My tech comes out and doesn’t even ask how I’m doing and I told her I want dip. I currently have dip on and it needs to be taken off. She starts drilling and was burning my nails so bad I even told her ouch that’s way too hot that burns. She kept laughing every time I said that and never did anything about it. I should have gotten up and walked out right then and there. After she’s done burning my nails she starts taking cuticle nippers and ripping the remainder of my dip powder off my nails! As if they weren’t already in pain from the hot drill. She hadn’t even soaked off my nails yet. I finally told her these are my real nails I prefer to soak them off and I want dip. She was not understanding what dip was I’m assuming because I had to tell her twice and she said she thought I had acrylics on after I told her from the beginning I have dip on currently. I get my nails done regularly and have never ever had someone burn the crap out of my nails and be so rough. She rushed me through picking a color and I’m not even satisfied with that and she only put one coat of dip on and I asked for three as my nails are brittle and she did not do so, so I am only waiting a couple days before these start breaking. Also, this salon is so gross. As I was washing my hands behind the sinks there’s a ledge and it was so nasty with old, empty Starbucks cups back there, so they definitely don’t clean, which makes me feel like their tools probably aren’t clean either. Such a terrible experience twice I will never ever be returning nor will I ever recommend. I will push people from going there as much as possible.
