I had been a customer of Lawn Releaf ever since they merged with my previous lawncare company. From the start they were not as good as I was used to. The guys would throw their cigarette buts on the lawn as mowed, they did not pay attention to what they were doing, and the overall quality of their work was average at best. I talked to them when my account transferred to them to see if could pay them a little more each time and those funds would be used to do special work in my flower beds for example. I had a new sod laid in my front yard and when they came to do my lawncare, they cut that new grass close to the ground, which you should never do to a new lawn. That was the last straw, so I canceled my service and requested that they send me a check for the balance on my account which was over $700. I have asked them many times and have been given excuses every time. The last time they finally said they would send a check that week. It has been two weeks since then and no check. I have been asking for money for over two months now. The last two emails I sent were not answered. Bottom line, do not use and do not trust them to be honest.
