The first 3 months were on time. The next 3 months we had to call & remind. Eight weeks went by between both of our summer mosquito treatments. None in June, one in early July, no more until very late August. Not sure where the breakdown occurred. Our first serviceman, Will was always on time.

Ron has been my home exterminator for awhile. He’s very kind, he takes great care in and around my property and always with a smile. He is efficient and on time. He communicates in a professional yet friendly manner. He is actually my fourth representative from Knox and I would say that each one of them have shown the same courtesy and professionalism as Mr. Ron. I appreciate the value I’m getting for my money and the confidence that Knox will take care of any issues I have. My previous extermination company did not take care of my problem after 3 years, with promise after promise. Knox “knocked” it out in less than six months. Which is why I still use them every month to maintain my peace of mind!
