I recently had the privilege of hiring Kenny's Tree & Crane, and I must say, it was an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish! The "Invisible Arborists", as I like to call them, provided an exceptional service that left me in awe of their professionalism and attention to detail. From the very beginning, their communication was top-notch. They responded promptly to my inquiry and set up a convenient time for a consultation. Kenny arrived on time, patiently listened to my concerns, and offered expert advice on how to best address the issues with some overgrown trees in my yard. When the day of the tree work came, I was amazed at how seamlessly they executed their tasks. The team arrived early, and with their specialized equipment, they skillfully removed the trees with precision. It was as if they were tree ninjas - quiet and swift, working diligently without causing any disturbance to the surroundings. Their commitment to safety was evident throughout the process. They took all the necessary precautions to protect not only my property but also themselves. It was reassuring to see how seriously they took their responsibility in ensuring a safe work environment. What truly sets Kenny's Tree & Crane apart is how thorough they are. They went above and beyond my expectations, not only in the tree work itself but also in the cleanup process. Once they were finished, my yard looked immaculate! They removed every single twig, leaf, and branch, leaving my property in a better condition than when they arrived. Kenny and his crew are very professional and courteous. Not only are they quick, they're extremely careful with debris so that it does not ruin property. They are truly in a league of their own in the Tidewater area. It's also nice to know that there are still companies with a strong Christian backing that isn't afraid to show or discuss it. They're an outstanding group and always willing to lend a hand, HIGHLY recommend!
