I first contacted Steve Johnson of kabi on a Sunday, 2/28/21. I was pleasantly surprised that he responded the same day regarding our request for a custom bathroom cabinet. Things went downhill from there very quickly. Subsequent emails were not returned, or returned week(s) later. By 3/23 I heard from him asking a couple of specific questions about the design. I responded immediately with the answers and never heard from him. I had to send an email to his secretary (?) to make sure he was receiving my emails. 2 weeks later, when I again sent him an email, he stated he was still waiting for my answers, which had already been sent 2 weeks earlier. I called kabi directly and asked to speak directly to him. I was directed to his email, and of course I couldn't leave a message because his mailbox was full. I asked his secretary to have him call me. 5 days later, and he never returned my call (we are now into the beginning of April!). I will never use their services. One thing is for sure, Steve Johnson is consistent in how badly he communicates. I should have read other Google reviews before even contacting kabi, as my experience is not unique. His behavior is completely inexcusable.
