I received an email that stated K9 Poop Hunters came out on Sunday 4/25, completed service and that my card was going to be charged. No one was from this company was at my home. I have a lock on my gates and didn’t provide access to my yard (we were home all day so I would have known if they had come - they would have had to ring my doorbell to ask for access). I am disappointed with the lack of communication, lack of service and the integrity of this company. Not only was K9 Poop Hunters originally scheduled to come out on Thursday 4/22 and did not show up, I did not receive any calls or emails from them to let me know they would not be out on the original date scheduled. Also, the level of dishonesty by this company to say they completed a service they know they did not complete and attempt to charge for it is disgusting. Stay way from this company- this would have been my first time using them, and I’m glad I found out early the type of company this is.
