I contacted Just Roofs and Gutters to do a "no contact" roof inspection on one of my homes. Josh came out and did a very thorough inspection and provided me with a detailed report that I shared with my insurance company. This report will be helpful if I ever need documentation of damage after a storm. I appreciate the honest assessment of the roof.

Jeff McIlroy has helped us (and our neighbors) with (multiple) roofs in our hail prone area the last 5 years, and he is proactive, honest, reliable, and knowledgeable. He works well with appraisers and inspectors and installers alike. I would not hesitate to call Jeff when you need exterior repairs and upgrades on your home!

To be honest, I’ve known Josh for several years. He called and asked if he could inspect my roof so he could learn his new companies software. I said yes, of course and after a couple days I received a detailed roof report. Josh’s insurance background will be a defiant asset to any customer who is filling a claim. He has an advanced knowledge of the claims process and knows who to contact to get you indemnified. He can also advise if your damage is non insurance related and help you proceed accordingly.
