Becky with IOME is a wonderful person. Through one-on-one talk therapy, she has helped me heal from some tough stuff, as well as learn new coping and healthier mental habits for the daily crap. :D The enneagram test and personal strategies that come from it have been my favorite part!

As a busy mom, wife, and teacher....I had completely lost myself in the daily shuffle. The resources in iome have been amazing and exactly what I needed to find clarity and focus on my self care again. I would highly recommend this to any and every woman!
