AZ and the staff were amazing! My husband, daughter and I travel from Delaware for an issue I was having with my charm. They immediately asked me to leave the charm so they could fix it and they reassured me it would be perfect once I received the charm back. I expressed how we lived 2hrs away and that it was a inconvenience to have to travel back to the store once the repair is complete. They then offered to send the charm back to me through mail with a signature required to make sure I received it. I thought that was very nice and the fact they they were willing to accommodate me for the inconvenience made me extremely happy! As we began to leave the store, AZ asked my daughter and I to come over to the counter. He showed us a selection of beautiful beaded bracelets and told of each to choose one for FREE! That was very nice of him and it showed how sincere and apologetic they were. Their customer service is awesome & I will definitely recommend them to anyone looking to purchase unique jewelry.
