Remediated basement after burst pipe. Great response and good quality work. But charged very high prices which were far beyond what insurance adjusters said were fair market value for supplies and labor. Was out over $6500 out of pocket but they agreed to refund $1200 due to overcharges. Estimates are also not developed in a format that matches any insurance company invoicing so very difficult to get insurance to pay out.
