I have been waiting for a place like this to show up in Alpharetta! I've always wanted to try hot yoga, but who knew we could do so much more?! Pilates! Buns! Core! And now featuring Hot Barre! Plus so much more. I walked in my 1st class with inflammation in my knees, and both shoulders. 1 week later I could bend my knee with no pain and my shoulders stop hurting. I AM a true believer that the infrared heat helps so much and feeling rejuvenated and easy recovery, and you only need 30mins/15 mins if you're in a crunch. The whole staff is always so friendly and helpful and they give us some different options and great challenges to help us be successful in our health journey. I've already lost 8LBS thus far. So, I totally recommend them if you're looking to maybe just add a little more to your health fitness. Tell'em Norma G. sent ya!!! Hahaha..
