My beautiful son passed on 09/28/2024 This funeral home allowed the girlfriend make all of the arrangements through his father. I HAD NO RIGHTS IN THEIR EYES. My son's face was a horrible dark blue color I could see because the cover up was not covering up all spots. A lasting image forever. I was not treated with any dignity or compassion by staff and all the locations gave different answers. It was quite confusing. His daughter and my self had 0 say in any of this. I was told by the director that my son's insurance would not allow a blanket to cover the cardboard box he was placed in, if we had had any say it would have much more dignified for my sweet son. I am facing forever trauma with this horrible loss of my baby, and trauma from the funeral home as well.
