Overall subpar service at this corporatized, conveyor-belt practice with revolving door of novice, recent vet school grads with no apparent senior supervision & disengaged, rude admins.
This was convenient for basic care but exams were slapdash & cursory at best & I'd never entrust this clinic with anything serious.
Every prescription diet refill approval is a major hassle requiring multiple follow ups--causing much undue stress, expense & delays. And instead of calling or sending appointment reminders (like most vets) they recently held my cat's FOOD prescription hostage for almost 2 weeks because he was barely 3 mos. overdue for his annual checkup & refused to authorize the full order unless we made an appt--for food THEY prescribed KNOWING that my cat's digestive system would become destabilized & require an ER visit without it. This after 3.5 years of loyal patronage & spending $$$ thousands here.
