Heritage Roofing replace several roofs in our community and replaced all the gutters. They were hired in 2018 and they completed the work. Since then we have had nothing but issues with gutters and Heritage refuses to warranty their bad work which is extensive. Our HOA had another roofing company bid our property last year and they have quoted $85,000 to repair all the gutter issues that we now have around the community even though Heritage just replaced all out gutter to the tune of $160,000. Funny as well because I complained about them installing different sized gutters randomly on building with no ryme or reason and the can't explain why..... If your in a HOA beware of this company!!!
