I called the Bloomington clinic by accident. I was seeking information about availability of most current Covid vaccination. I spoke with Jessica and she was perfect in her approach and response to me. She sought out answers to my questions and actually made an appointment for me at my home clinic. She was pleasant throughout the entire interaction. She was willing to search for the information and spend time to answer my questions. What a joy! She is a fantastic asset to your organization!
