To obtain those licenses listed, a professional background in many areas of expertise was required. Nevada NRS 648 requires any Private Investigator that conduct business in Nevada in any type of investigative conduct to be licensed under the Nevada Private Investigators Licensing Board (PILB). California requires that any Private Investigator that is going to conduct any type of investigations in California to be licensed under the Bureau of Security & Investigative Services (BSIS).
