It was the 2nd small business lon we took from globelend, and both times these guys outperformed! Quick, on point, down to earth. Never asked us anything unnecessary, no extra paperwork. Super friendly and welcoming too. It took Jason only 6 days to get us all the money in our account, we appreciated it highly. The terms are transparent, the fees are reasonable and the rate is better than we expected. High-class!

Randal hands down is the best lending officer we ever worked with. We agreed on a 10-year term loan with fixed monthly payments, and without prepayment penalties. It was great to know Globelend is flexible and gave us more control over the loan. Overall can recommend.

If you want to get a ten-year term loan for a nice rate, I recommend giving them a call. The rate they gave me was 8.55 percent and I honestly could not be happier with such a result!
