10/12/2021: Whoever answers the phones, shouldn't- extremely rude Terrible at customer service. Basically thieves that charge for services they don't do

10/12/2021: Terrible customer service. The girl answering the phone argued with me for 10 minutes. An appt was booked online, comment left that dip powder was on the nails. They didn't look at that until 5 minutes before and called to cancel the appt. Charged $40 and then claimed I didn't give enough notice.
