I have used Floor Surplus several times. Great customer service. Lynette was amazing. I brought in a sample I thought I liked, she showed me comparable options and also was able to give me much better price than where sample was from. She even pulled up past clients pictures to show me what flooring looked like laid out and not just going off of a sample. Very knowledgeable about products and gave great suggestions. She made the visit painless and successful!
