Chief Freddy provided great insight into the assessment center process. His program provides you a great overview of what to expect as well as structure that you can use to apply in a variety of exercises that you may encounter on assessment day. The program will allow you to feel more comfortable in that you will be better prepared for assessment day. His one on one sessions really allow you to put to work the steps learned in the program. H works with you on areas you feel you need to focus/improve on. He is highly responsive and will review assignments to give you his experienced feedback.

Chief Fernandez was very informative in the beginning of this course on what was expected to be done from me and what the course would be like and Chief Fitzgerald was very informative, helpful, and sincerely taught me a lot in the meetings we had.

This was the best course/ classes i have taken. This did not only help me through the promotional process but opened my eyes to another level as a company officer for the job itself. I will be back in 2 years for District Chief.

Fire Assessment Center Prep (FACP) is the real deal. After not passing my Battalion Chiefs exam 2 times prior I gave Chief Freddy and his staff a shot. I am very happy with the immediate turn around with my results. I scored #4 overall and missed 3rd place by only 0.8 points! The ultimate goal is to always score number one!! But after not even making the list and going to the number 4 spot, I know it was only because of the guidance and advice of FACP. Do yourself the favor, spend the money. Take the course. Apply the techniques. Get promoted!! Luckily, due to retirements I stand a very good chance to be promoted. Thank you again Chief Freddy.

the material & the instructors' experience are all very valuable. We only had 2 weeks. Not enough time to prepare. The instructor had mentioned to have my station officer practice with me. They did not have a "go by " sheet for us to practice. as they do for the National Registry. A check off would help our officers help us.
