I did throughly enjoy Ch Freddie’s workshop. I do wish it were a bit longer. Perhaps a 2 or even 3 day workshop. However, I understand that time constraints don’t allow for that.

Going into the sessions having done some initial work is extremely helpful which was recommended during the one day assessment prep. Through the sessions I gathered additional building blocks to help me when the assessment arrives. The tools are given but one still needs to perform.

Chief Fernandez was very personable and was invested in me learning new management and leadership skills. He also showed me my weaknesses and gave me tools to strengthen them. Great experience and feel I have learned a lot about being a great leader and manager.
