Chief Gaffney was Superb. He was super patient, professional and methodical about the way he wanted you to handle each scenario. I would definitely use the Fire assessment Center for any future promotion.

I believe this program initiated a good starting point for preparing me For an assessment center. However due to time and restrictions such as technology I fell we were unable to go over all possibilities of scenarios that may be given to the person testing. Which is at no fault of the program. It was just difficult to get a good experience since there were lags in zoom meetings and we mainly just practiced general structure fires.
