Chief Freddie was great. He created a great foundation for us on how to tackle the scenarios. He was great with scheduling our teaching sessions and also rescheduling due to last minute changes. I also always appreciated the constructive criticism.

Excellent course. Thanks to this program and the excellent coaching from Chief Gaffney I succeeded in my promotional goal. The information in this program will make you be a better fire officer on day one. This course is a must for anyone going through the promotional process.
