Had a great experience. Very helpful and knowledgeable. I thought the price was a little high, but in the end it was worth every penny. I started out at #13 and finished #3 after the assessment center.

I am so happy I invested in myself to pursue my goals. I used Fire Assessment Prep for two promotional processes where I received a #2 and a #1 scores. I worked with Chief Freddie and Chief Fitzgerald. Both were very professional, friendly but pushed me to get better. I really appreciate all the help this group did to help me understand the testing process but most importantly prepared me for the job. Thank You!

The training that I received from Chief Fernandez truly helped me get an understanding for what to expect in the assessment center. It not only helped prep me for the test but also helped me learn what it means to be a better supervisor. Before taking the course, I had no idea what to expect at the assessment center; with Chief Fernandez' program I was able to fully understand the grading criteria and problem solving model, which is key to success.
